Paige concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and corporate reorganization. She has represented many debtors, unsecured creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and trustees and lessors in out-of-court and bankruptcy proceedings.

Paige received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001 and her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2004, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal.  Paige served as an intern for the Honorable Susan P. Sonderby of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and Michigan and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

Richard J. Corbi is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group of the New York City office of Proskauer. His practice focuses on the representation of debtors, official committee of unsecured creditors, ad hoc creditor committee groups, buyers of distressed assets, lender groups and individual creditors in a variety of bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Richard earned his B.A. from Ithaca Collge, J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and an LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law.  In addition, while attending the St. John’s University School of Law LL.M. in Bankruptcy Program, Richard served as counsel for the Amici Curiae Professors in the Supreme Court Case Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. of America v. Pacific Gas & Electric Co., 549 U.S. 443 (2007).

Greg practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, focusing on out of court workouts, chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, secured loan transactions, DIP loans, cash collateral matters, bankruptcy litigation and claim settlements.  Greg represents banks, mezzanine lenders, equipment lessors and other financial institutions and investors in all aspects of insolvency related matters.

Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Greg practiced in New York at Luskin, Stern & Eisler, LLP and received a B.A. in economics from Siena College, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an L.L.M. in international business from the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, NL. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and New York.

Emily specializes in providing turnaround, restructuring, crisis management and financial advisory consulting services for distressed and under performing companies with Conway MacKenzie in Chicago.  She works with senior management, secured lenders, unsecured creditors and equity owners to develop and implement operational and financial controls, improve business performance and assist in maximizing recovery value.  Her experience includes treasury and cash flow management, operational improvements, financial due diligence, out-of-court restructurings, orderly wind downs and transaction services in a variety of industries including automotive, food and beverage, metals, and oil and gas.  Emily also acts as an advisor to both debtor and creditor institutions during Chapter 11 proceedings.

Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Emily was at Deloitte & Touche, and she received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
